Thermal and resonant stress relief

Internal stresses can occur as a consequence of welding, flame cutting, forming or forging. Stress relief is necessary in order to avoid distortion or warping during assembly, testing, transport or use of the final product. Schelde Exotech performs either thermal stress relieving or resonant vibration stress relieving. Resonant vibration stress relieving is performed with Formula 62® equipment, either in our workshop or on location. Schelde Exotech is the distributor of Formula 62® equipment for the Benelux countries and France.
