Working on prototypes for ASML
The best-known brand name in the market for the production of microchips invited Schelde Exotech to collaborate on the production of prototypes.

When ASML is working on a new prototype, they need to be able to count on a product that integrates all the latest production technologies available in design and fabrication. The collaboration between Schelde Exotech and ASML consists of the design, fabrication and testing of several prototypes of vacuum vessels to be used in the new generation of ASML chip-producing machines. Schelde Exotech used several different welding processes to obtain the best results for vacuum and stability purposes.
